About Kent & Francine Floreani

“Any type of business is about the people and how you serve them.”

The Floreani’s have found that in their businesses, the common denominator is people — the ones who work for them and the ones their companies serve.

Kent and Francine have been proud supporters of the Sault Ste. Marie community for over 25 years. Kent opened his orthodontic practice in 1992 which has now grown to a team of over 20 members and two additional orthodontists. For the past 20 years, Francine was an integral part of managing Dr. Floreani, O’Toole & Dool Orthodontists.

Both Kent and Francine were ready for a new challenge, and after almost 20 years; they took the leap into a new market – the automotive industry. In 2010, the Floreani’s purchased Great Lakes Honda in Sault Ste. Marie located at 415 Pim Street.

Before becoming the Dealer Principal and General Manager of Great Lakes Honda, Francine attended National Automotive Dealer’s Association (NADA) University where she took the 11-month dealership management course.

Meanwhile, Kent opened up Azure Medispa in the fall of 2015– the Sault’s newest and most cutting-edge medical spa. Shortly after opening Azure, Kent purchased a well-known hair salon and day spa in 2017, Headlines Hair & Day Spa.

Both businesses were merged in 2020 to become Azure Salon, Spa, Medispa. Located on 480 Bay Street, in a large beautifully renovated space that offers clients the opportunity to feel relaxed and comfortable regardless of the service performed. Azure offer anything from laser skin treatments, a cut and colour or a manicure and pedicure – all under one roof.

In 2018, the Floreani’s also purchased another long-standing business in Sault Ste. Marie, Our Driving School. Kent and his orthodontic practice have been serving the youth in our community for over 25 years and both Kent and Francine wanted to bring the fun back into learning how to drive!

Our Detailing Shop was opened in 2019 in a new state of the art building attached to Our Driving School. The experts at Our Detailing Shop aim to reverse and prevent the signs of aging that normal wear can have on your vehicle. They want to help you protect your investment.

In 2020, Kent took on another venture along with two other local dentists and opened 4D Dental Lab which is located in the Our Driving School Building. 4D Dental Lab is a full-service laboratory that manufactures both fixed and removable restorations. Their mission to help dentists exceed their patients’ expectations with superior and quick service. The team is committed to providing innovative high-quality products and services. Dental Solutions will be opening in 2021.
